Maintenance Worker III - Solid Waste - Harvey County

Full-time position. Responsible for manual and semi-skilled work operating equipment to separate and load recyclables or contaminants from the solid waste stream.

Operate wheel loader, shovel loaders, dozer, backhoe and other equipment to separate the waste stream into construction, metal, debris, brush, leaves, grass, recyclables and contaminants. Diagnose mechanical problems with equipment and repair as necessary.

Class A CDL is a plus. Must be able to pass a physical examination.

Required Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
