Required Education and/or Experience: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with e-filing and the Full Court/Full Case software is a plus.
Necessary Skills: Ability to be assertive while maintaining professionalism, maintain confidentiality, and interact with a wide variety of people in a professional manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work appropriately, and meet critical deadlines. Daily attendance is imperative for work caseload. Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, are a must.
